In early 2009, I was answering some
online ads about buying a Maltese puppy. I answered one ad that
had an exceptionally low price. When I replied the information in
the email did not match the ad. Instead of replying to the person
in an angry or accusing fashion, I asked questions. After an email
or two, the conversation started to turn to spiritual matters, and I was
able to then witness to this man below, and his responses were so
humble, so honest, and so warm. Not only did he apologize, but he
begged for more information about Jesus. I kept wondering if he
was going to ask for money, but he did not. The following is one
email he sent (unedited): Hello,
you are the most serious man i have ever come across since i placed
this ad. just to let you know that i am not really what you think i am
the truth is you mail has taken hold of the goodest part of my heart and
i am willing to confess .Sir i am a young Cameroonian and i am 20 years
old i live in Buea a small town in the south west region and i live with
my 4 little brothers 17, 14, 11 and 6 years old they are all looking up
to me for all their needs to i mean their studies, clothing, and feeding
i am working so had to meet up with all this but i really needed to work
harder that is why i entered into scamming. i am a scammer and i am very
sorry to say i was looking forward to scam you but as the lord is never
asleep i got arrested.

never try to do this again if you will love to hear the other part of my
story. i am very sorry! please find a place in your heart to
forgive me.
